Edge of Angel Boutique – Return & Store Credit Policy

 

At Edge of Angel Boutique, we pour intention and prayer into every collection we release, and we truly hope you love your purchase, but understand that an occasional return may be needed. Because we are a small, independently owned boutique, we have established the following return policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME

 

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

• Once your return request is approved, items must be received by us within 14 business days.

• Returns received outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.

 


 

FORM OF REFUND

 

All approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Store credit never expires.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in store credit.

• Store credit is calculated based on the original purchase total, including any discounts or promotions used.


Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

 


 

ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

 

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or stains

• Free of excessive human or animal hair

• In original condition with all tags still attached

• Returned in original packaging (or a clean, sealed replacement package)


Items that do not meet these standards may be denied or subject to partial credit.

 


 

FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:


• Sale items (anything marked “Final Sale” or under the Sale tab)

• Items purchased at 25% off or more

• Seasonal or holiday promotional items (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, etc.)

• Bodysuits, intimates, and hair accessories (for sanitary reasons)

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use

 


 

DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.


For approved damaged items:

• We will provide a prepaid return label

• If the item is still in stock, we will issue a replacement or exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get the what you want is to return the item you have, and once the item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued
