At Edge of Angel Boutique, each order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

Order Processing

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on our website or social media. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery generally takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Edge of Angel Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, timing and delivery are their responsibility.

Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays and high-volume seasons.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

All sales are final once an order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after checkout.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Edge of Angel Boutique is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If an issue occurs, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Occasionally, tracking updates may be delayed or inaccurately scanned by the carrier.

 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

 

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to make changes. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
